I’ve been using the Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration unflavored protein for a couple months. In general, I hate protein shakes but I have to supplement to meet dietary needs. I prefer to use unfla... See more
Ordered from a friend's recommendation. Big fan of the product and the underlying business values. I didn't have any issues with the ordering process and didn't note any long delays. I think in the era of same-day shipping people get impatient when something takes a week to arrive. Overall, the flavor is good and I had zero problems with ordering (love the customizations).
Shipments take weeks to even leave the warehouse. Extra courtier fees on the package were 50% of the order value. Customer service team are nonchalant and incompetent. Decent product, but would be quicker and cheaper to buy your own cow, process its milk 10 different ways, plant some fruit trees, harvest the fruit, add the flavour, and then mail it to yourself via Zanzibar using ground delivery. If the goods even turn-up, or if your money is refunded, you’ll probably have had a better experience than most of their customers. This company sucks. Avoid at all costs.
Order protein powder 80$ mind you it came with safety seal unattached so did not use it for safety reasons contact the company they just gave me store credit for 5 DOLLAR WOW ..im out 75$ ....not nice ...
This used to be a great company. They still have great products, unfortunately that's where it now ends. Orders used to be about two days to leave the warehouse - good turnaround for a "custom" item which a machine likely automates.) They now take a week just to leave the warehouse. If you contact them by email about this, they will blame you instead of apologizing for allowing their customer service to deteriorate. Additionally, (and the reason I'm leaving this review - I had looked past the ignorance about the slipping on shipping times until I received my order and found another ridiculous surprise) their online system will allow you to place an order with a given combination of promos even if you don't realize that they can't be used together. Instead of honoring the sales agreement made when the ordering system they maintain accepted the order, they write "sorry" on the order and don't send you everything they agreed to send. They have great products, especially the TrueFlavor lines. It's too bad that they have become corporate in their operation style and now treat their longtime clients like garbage.
This company puts their customers first. Their Vegan protein powder is the best I have tasted and their customer service representatives are quick to respond and very friendly. Do not hesitate to give them a go!
