Shipments take weeks to even leave the warehouse. Extra courtier fees on the package were 50% of the order value. Customer service team are nonchalant and incompetent. Decent product, but would be quicker and cheaper to buy your own cow, process its milk 10 different ways, plant some fruit trees, harvest the fruit, add the flavour, and then mail it to yourself via Zanzibar using ground delivery. If the goods even turn-up, or if your money is refunded, you’ll probably have had a better experience than most of their customers. This company sucks. Avoid at all costs.
