Great products, awful company.
This used to be a great company. They still have great products, unfortunately that's where it now ends. Orders used to be about two days to leave the warehouse - good turnaround for a "custom" item which a machine likely automates.) They now take a week just to leave the warehouse. If you contact them by email about this, they will blame you instead of apologizing for allowing their customer service to deteriorate. Additionally, (and the reason I'm leaving this review - I had looked past the ignorance about the slipping on shipping times until I received my order and found another ridiculous surprise) their online system will allow you to place an order with a given combination of promos even if you don't realize that they can't be used together. Instead of honoring the sales agreement made when the ordering system they maintain accepted the order, they write "sorry" on the order and don't send you everything they agreed to send. They have great products, especially the TrueFlavor lines. It's too bad that they have become corporate in their operation style and now treat their longtime clients like garbage.
