terrible company and they place negative things on companies that do not give into the bad brokers that they represent everyone should file suit on them like i am going to!

They promise loads and you will stay busy but it’s not true

Best load board for Flatbed and stepDeck i used to have DAT 123 and other load board but for flatbed this one is Best i got so for.

I HAVE TO MAKE MULTIPLE REQUESTS IN ORDER TO HAVE ISSUES FIXED. THE SERVER CRASHES OFTEN. MY PORTAL IS NOT WORKING WITH ALL FEATURES AS IT WAS BEFORE. LICENCES ARE A MESS TO ORDER AS THEY ALL GET REMOVED AND RE-ADDED BUT INCORRECTLY.

You have 1 or just 2 loads posted on your load board for which we are paying $150. This is useless. Worst Experience, Nowhere compared to DAT.

truckstop.com promoted to having the best loads in at the highest rates I have found truckstop.com to only have post at Lowe’s that everyone else has there is no difference from one lowboy to the next. Everyone’s seems to post the same things just that simple just that honest

In general is very good. But the apps for cell phone have a little advantage that a computer haven't. This is the rate you suggest by Truck stop.

they were NOT transparent in what it takes to actually book a load thru truckstop.com you have to "on board" with each company you plan to haul for...that means reach them then your insurance make all adjustments then wait 2-4 days for approval from said company...it is NOT see it book it take it... they do not have the technology to save and reuse your "on board" info so eah company is another form to fill out...Now Alicia was GREAT absolutely wonderful she walked us thru the "board On' but in the end when she said we had to do that every time we cancelled our contract

Its not so much what you all did wrong. I am running hotshots out of Salt Lake City, UT and have not been able to find 1hotshot load as of yet.

The sell’s person gave me 14 days trail time . . Unfortunately they try charging me earlier and I just complain the accounting department they said not refund the money so . They think they are smart business is not cheating someone so I am highly recommend to any buddy don’t use this c Load board.

Did not make one dollar with this application

Was promised a range of 2.15-2.37 rpm over the phone, i ised this playform for a week and havent found a single load in that same range, and when i asked for a refund because im not getting the results that was sold to me, im still "SOL"

Great experience

Truckstop has been easy to find and book loads. Love how it also lets you know that new loads just came available. Happy with it so far.

As a new Broker, Truckstop's loadboard and TMS training was commendable. Not only was my questions answered, they provided real situational matters of todays market. I recommend Truckstop for new and experienced carriers and brokers.

I thought I was sighing up for a free one trial as the ad said but instead y’all charged my account. Y’all have it fixed so I can’t even dispute it unless I contact BBB I hope y’all enjoy ripping people off it won’t happen again
