Truckstop.com Load Board

Ever since their acquisition of RMIS, Both are impossibly hard to deal with when starting a new authority, I can always call Truckstop, they'll answer, when they transfer you to RMIS is always voicemail that is full and can't take messages, i've emailed both a couple times in the last few weeks while i obtained my own authority and they want nothing but money before wanting to help you in the slightest, Absolute trash, and I'm unable to use many load boards because of this bullcrap.

I like the fact that you can search loads throughout the day and decide where you want to go.

Great company let’s you know what you supposed to get paid and have decent hotshot loads on it I love it

I had problems logging in over and over then your system has shut down and I was never able to utilize the load board

Best load board out there. I like that you could open a few tabs at a time to make your schedule more efficient. And its really easy to use. Recommend it 100%

This website is definitely useful and helpful but I had some issues with rates here and I couldn’t resolve them. Probably, I should look for another one, this one doesn’t suit me.

Each person is different in many ways. So each person’s experience and reception of such experience will result in different types of feelings. With that my experience started slow however I would not be where I am today if not for Truckstop! So thank you first and I give 5 stars. There are not nearly as many options as there are on other load boards.

The load board is difficult to navigate and no one to assist. I was promised I could always reach out to the person who signed me up, however when I called them, they never returned my call

So far at this point working with truckstop.com has been very stressful and a pain in the ass. I have had contact with 7 different people and only 2 seem to know what they are doing. Over 2 weeks ago i paid $150 for help. I still have not finished the paperwork and have not had even 1 job. On top of it i saw today an add for half price of the fee. I really hope by Tuesday I am done trying to do paperwork. I guess they think everyone is good on a computer but I am not, I even said I wasn’t and asked for help. I was told’not my department’ this whole time i loved the fact that they were in my home state. I really hope I can still make money before I go broke.

I truly enjoyed the training. The instructor was very clear and specific. He came prepared and allowed adequate Q&A's. I also liked that he recorded the training and emailed it to us for later review. I would recommend these trainings for everyone to take.

Easy to speak to someone and Regan was prompt and on top of everything I asked for and then some. Much better experience dealing with Truckstop than DAT. Thank you!

It could be even better way to post loads. Majority price not published second most of time there is load posted when called it’s keep ringing but no one picked up phone call and waist time for no reason.
