Terrible company since 2022

I have been a load board customer and a TMS customer since 2019. For the first 3 years things were great. Then in 2022 something happened. Customer service fell apart. The board was constantly going down. The account manager I would always depend on disappeared and I could reach anyone. Customer service wait times went for maybe 5 minutes or so to 4 hours. I heard through the grapevine that the new CEO was ruining this company by firing all of the employees and replacing the managers with her former colleagues. It’s a shame. This company was once a great tool to manage my business. I give it less than a year before it goes under.

Bad company

Bad company. It's all about them. Customer service don't exist with them. If there was way to give zero star, Ill do it because they diverse it.

truckstop.com customer service

Trying to get past the chat bot is impossible. Trying to reach someone on the phone is also impossible. If you are going to charge $173 per month you should at least answer a chat or the phone.

The TruckStop has a crappy RMIS…

The TruckStop has a crappy RMIS customer service department. When you finally get to RMIS they put you on hold, pick up the phone and hang up. This was ongoing for 2.5 hours and I lost a load.

I called them to get the $43 month…

I called them to get the $43 month plan. The sales gal, Emilee, upsold to the $109 for all these extra features, like roud-trip. During her demo, it was not working right for her, she fell short on time & said she would set up another demo/training. I emailed & emailed her, waiting. When I finally reached out to the company. They could see I was trying to get ahold of her & that the breakdown was on their end. But, still refused to give a refund or credit for the unused month. They basically said "oh well. leave or stay" Be weary, u get 1 30 min session and the sales rep is gone !!! After numerous email & calls, just asking them to make it right & I would stay...i fell on deaf ears...

Stay away from Truck Stop Load board

This load board does has very few loads in comparison with other ones in the trucking industry. Beside that; they use trucking companies public information and sale that information in the form of products to brokers and shippers with information that most of the time is inaccurate or misconstructed about your company which in turn shortage your chance to get good loads or don't get loads at all. This company don't care the trucking companies that pay fees to use loads from their product just care about their bottom line saying wherever information about you.

I purchased a one month subscription in…

I purchased a one month subscription in march 2024. At the end of the month in April I called in and was going to cancel my subscription with the truck stop load board. The representative told me that I could have a month for free and they would reach back out at the end of the free month. At some point after the month Nika Zamikhovska Account Executive – Carrier Expansion contacted me about renewing the subscription on Friday 21,2024. I told her that I wanted to think about it over the weekend. On Monday 24,2024 Nika tried calling me and i was unable to take her call. Tuesday 25,2024 she tried calling me again and I still did not discuss the renewal of the subscription. I did not give her or anyone permission to renew my subscription and they automatically renewed it and I was charged $131.95. I’ve tried calling several times and left numerous messages and no one has returned my calls. This is a scam company that needs to be put out of business. Michael Wells 931-273 fiveseventwotwo

Terrible company

Terrible company, very long wait times to speak with someone. Whenever i try to log in I have technical issues. If you are trying to book a load with a broker and have to do your rmis setup through truckstop, you will lose the load because of the wait times to speak with customer service!

ITS charged our company $460 on 4/13…

ITS charged our company $460 on 4/13 and canceled our subscription the next day on 4/14 due to "potential double brokering concerns". The billing department is refusing to refund the payment. I wish them to be out of business soon, the way they scam their customers.

This site is a joke....I would never…

This site is a joke....I would never recommend ..thank God for the day board I would have been out of business ...this site sucks nuts.... Nothing is never posted anyway where you can make a decent profit ..or close to it ...don't waste your time..

2 days in 1 month we haven't been able…

2 days in 1 month we haven't been able to use the load board. We already way over pay for your services in my opinion and when they don't work that loses us revenue. Terrible service lately!!! Either do better or discount your services because its been terrible!
