Truckstop.com Load Board

There is usually loads on the board. I havent been on my own long enough to have suggestions on how to improve it.

Not enough loads for bobtails as sales lady mentioned

Easy to use, endless amounts of opportunity & options.

Thanks for all you guys hard work making sure my factoring and money and etc. Stuff go through as well and that's planning on time 🍻🙏🏾🙏🏾

Truckstop has been very resourceful load board app for my Box Trucks. I recommend the app for any box truck owner operator.

It’s not how they promote, nothing new as others, it’s just cost more $

So far, we have had bad experience after bad experience with little to no help on resolutions. I called customer service after surgery just to report more issues... I get these people that say call me if you have issues... then no response. We've had four incidents of reporting errors since having it. I was told we would have an onboarding call... still waiting. I would give this company no stars with the ELD service. The load board runs behind it seems... by the time it pops up as new... i click on it to show it's no longer active! I then called factoring the next day about a payment to get a rep with an attitude. I feel like the customer service is severely lacking and their word is meaningless... no actions. I'm supposedly up to 3 months free on the ELD system due to issues... but amazingly NO notes on our file about any of that! Just waiting to cancel all of it... ELD, load board, and factoring... surely there's better customer service and systems available.

I’ve had no problems using truckstop. I find it easy to use, and I enjoy booking loads here!

Truckstop work hard for us independent drivers so we get paid with out waiting on broker to expense us drivers so we can keep paying our bills like everybody else.

I am most pleased with the service of truckstop.com Especially the factoring department. They are superfast and efficient as advertised.

No loads paying $$$$ for dulley trucks and 40 ft trailers

The sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the product and spoke with confidence, answered questions by providing examples, and was readily accessible.

Iam not finding the high paying loads that I’ve been hearing others people find off of this app
