Overall... bad experiences
So far, we have had bad experience after bad experience with little to no help on resolutions. I called customer service after surgery just to report more issues... I get these people that say call me if you have issues... then no response. We've had four incidents of reporting errors since having it. I was told we would have an onboarding call... still waiting. I would give this company no stars with the ELD service. The load board runs behind it seems... by the time it pops up as new... i click on it to show it's no longer active! I then called factoring the next day about a payment to get a rep with an attitude. I feel like the customer service is severely lacking and their word is meaningless... no actions. I'm supposedly up to 3 months free on the ELD system due to issues... but amazingly NO notes on our file about any of that! Just waiting to cancel all of it... ELD, load board, and factoring... surely there's better customer service and systems available.
