Great board , very easy to use on all applications , great customer Service, a little slow at times but it’s fine worth the price

Im glad I switched to Truckstop factoring. Its easy and a simple process. I've always used their loadboard which is amazing

Truck stop is a great opportunity to view loads in the area you wish to do business. The problem I have is the you should be able to create a carrier profile ( upload all of your initial documents// send them to the broker you want to do business with and not have to constantly go back and forth. This is a personal thing for my business time is money and when time is wasted I’m loosing money. I have been in this industry prior to computers and now ..some things are simple and others are not. The other information provided by the load board is great dealing with the recommendations for the brokers makes it easier to have documentation to verify prior to the conversation of booking the load .

The webpage even doesn’t work when I want to open it.

Communication isn’t the best when handling factoring between truck stop and broker. Y’all need to work on better communication for sure. But I will say the load board is great

I think tools are pretty usefull I'd like to have them all more integrated I get some users use only some solutions but for all those who want to work all together with you guys it would be much better to have all in one main portal. Anyhow so far so good. Still having to get all the potential of the platforms. But the Loadboard itself pretty happy with it.

The site is ok. I've noticed the site does not feature accurate rates for lanes we move on our carrier side 3+ yrs. For my carrier side as far as dispatching our trucks I would not rely on this site. rates are $300-$500 lower. On the broker side the site is ok to reach more carriers.

I have not explored all the options available but what I have explored is great so far im sure once I get familiar with the play book I can make this board work for me.

I tried to contact with you guys many times and I got chance to talk with you guys, but somebody told me someone will calling you, but until today I never get call from truck-stops side.
