Reps sold us equipment and a subscription knowing full well that we didn’t need it. Reps should be trained on listening to potential customers needs and not the bottom line dollar!!!!!!!!

Simple and easy to use

I was told that you post many more Load than other sites I can only see 5 Load in your board very disappointed

Otherwise everything is good

Not impressed with the loadboard at all for the money we have to pay

This is a very useful tool, for all truckers. My only issue is, the time frame in which it takes for loads that have been covered to be taken off of the board. Besides that everything else is well thought out.

Just don't like all the post without pay it should not be aloud And help us keep agents accountable

I am really liking how user friendly and easy to use the load board.

I had submitted all my info to setup an account and was confirmed by my sales rep, so now that I have a load and need to get paid for it, I did everything I was supposed to do to submit all my info and it wouldn't let me so I called to see what else I had to do and the rep on the phone informed me that my company did not have an active account with otr. So I gotta wait for otr to open on Tuesday to see what I gotta do to finish this process to get paid for this load.

There isnt any good and fast way to repost loads. From a broker perspective, its pretty hard to use this load board.
