Truckstop.com Load Board

Im factoring with you guys none of the company’s on the low board factor with you guys

Since I paid the Pro subscription I not able to login in I call because I want my money back and keep moving forward I will never going to do business again with Truckstop.

Love the load board service is lacking I mrsssged my account manager last week and still.havent recieved a call back or message. Also it took 3 times calling just to talk to someone, not to happy with customer service.

I'm still locked out of my account. Supposed to have been fixed last week. I'm expecting to be receiving a discount for this so far 5 day inconvenience.

So far my experience has been great! TruckStop representatives have been very helpful and responsive which is very important to me as a new broker.

Great customer service. Was patience with question and knowledgeable.

Inaccurate loads by brokers that are not giving any good rates based off today's cost of diesel and fuel.. No one can make money off $1.00 per mile rates.

I can never find a load for hotshot trucks

Chad from Truckstop has been very helpful to me from the beginning to the end on setting up my account. He took the time to call me to check-in with me and walk me through on setting up my account for me. His customer service is excellent. I would refer him to anyone that wants to join Truckstop. He has integrity and shows that he cares for his customer's success. I GIVE CHAD A 10 STAR ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!!!

The old version worked perfectly! The new version of their app is a total piece of crap. Some tech geek decided that it needed to be reworked. He messed it all up. They’d be better off to scrap the new one and go back to the old one. I’m going to use the old one until it doesn’t work anymore. When it doesn’t work, I guess I will find a different app. I have recommended the old version to several people. They ended up with the new version and thought it was junk. It wasn’t until I downloaded the new version that I realized why they did not like truckstop.com. There is an old saying, if it’s not broke don’t fix it!
