Truckstop.com Load Board

The Truckstop Platform has given me all I need in a loadboard. The interface is very easy to use and I LOVE the RMIS system. It removes the worry of the carrier onboarding process. My Sales Representative was Nancy Heikes - she is AMAZING! She is SO knowledgeable of the Logistics industry and is so selfless with her knowledge. I NEVER felt like I was being pushed into a sale. Not once. She is the sales person I aspire to be. My conversations with her felt like two old friends talking about moving some freight over coffee! She's definitely an asset to the Truckstop sales team - and I've got her on speeddial! :-)

Load board is not that great to be honest... I drive Hot Shot truck and 40' gooseneck, finding decent loads of is terrible...

TRUCKSTOP LOAD BOARD IS VERY HELPFUL. THE INFORMATION IS MOSTLY ON POINT WITH THE BREAKDOWNS OF THE LOAD. TRUCKSTOP IS VERY ACCESSABLE PRECISE.

both the app and the website are very easy to navigate. speaking with a representative about special features was helpful. and there are so many loads to select. it's the best and most comprehensive in the industry

Brokers need quick access to compare rates faster for load quoting. So as cool as the insights loadboard is, it’s just not practical. We will probably be dropping this for the following month unless we can find more use from it. Also need a quick freight calculator which would be nice and simple to build and implement into their TMS program. A bit pricey all around. It’s a bit much for what we need out of it. This is designed with bigger broker/carriers in mind. Too many extras that throw me off in the program.

The app is so convenient and easy to use. I love that you can set parameters to search. It also refreshes all the time so you have the best information for loads.

So we sign up and have access for 24 hrs, It shuts down. We resign up and 5 days late no access. When we do gain access, we are told that our assets are not acceptable because we cant book loads for carriers as a dispatch company. We had the carrier sign up directly to give us access. They blocked my email address. WORST load board for owner operators EVER !!!

Just not having luck with this app like I thought I would. Companies don’t want to even give you the time of day if you can’t carry a certain amount in weight. Just not finding as many available loads like I feel I should for the price I paid for the app.
