Super easy. Great communication & quickly sorted out a slight probed when we arrived. Saved me hours of research after being able to describe to Louise what sort of holiday we wanted & what budget was. She gave us a couple of options which were spot on. Would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time our Travel Counsellor, Tanya Carter has arranged holiday plans for us. She made all the arrangements for us and that saved so much time. When I had trouble with an online check-in, Tanya responded quickly with the answer. Before, during and after our trip, Tanya checked that everything was ok. It gave me peace of mind, knowing that I had someone to answer any questions. The benefit of this was highlighted when my brother was struggling to work out how to get a large package home without paying an excessive amount for additional baggage. He also struggled with arranging an airport pick-up. We could relax and enjoy our holiday because Tanya had arranged everything for us and it was more cost-effective.

Excellent service before and during the holiday. Helped me to decide what I wanted to do and worked with the budget I set. Arranged all flights, transfers and holiday accommodation. When I arrived at the first hotel there was a welcome message from Pippa with a reminder of how to contact her if there were any problems. I had a solo stay in Athens before joining a G Adventure tour. The hotel chosen by Pippa was a good standard in a convenient location for accessing the tourist sites of Athens. All transfers from and to the airport went to plan with courteous drivers and a good car standard.

Going somewhere different for a longer time than usual is always daunting so booking through Joanne helped relieve some of the worries. We knew where we wanted to go but was open to suggestions and the hotels Joanne booked were amazing. We really enjoyed the sightseeing trip in Bangkok more than we expected especially watching the train thru the market and the floating markets too. Would definitely recommend using Joanne & TC as they are at the end of a phone or email if any questions/ worries. Thank you 🤩

I will always turn to Abbie for our travel arrangements as she was, as always very efficient and well organised due, no doubt to her extensive experience with the arranging of travel and holidays. She was very helpful especially with helping us get to grips with the digital boarding passes and tickets. Everything that Abbie arranged for us went like clockwork. Everything she set up for us happened on time with excellent reliability. What issues we had were few and far between and were as a result of the shortcomings of the hotel management and chance events. We enjoyed our trip which was generally very successful. Thankyou Abbie, without you it would not have happened.

Well! Back from a fantastic dream holiday. Thanks to Claire Maher whose knowledge and attentiveness to every step of our journey: It was super special. Claire Maher makes every holiday so special. I wish everyone could have her as their Travel Agent. Claire chose the best localities for us as a family. She was checking up on us during our two week stay in Bali. I couldn’t wish for a better location to celebrate my pre- birthday. It was so reassuring to receive messages from Claire. It must have been difficult on her because of the time difference but she made sure we were well and everything was going okay. This is not the first time that Claire took such a good care of us and made our travel experience so positive. Claire has great knowledge about places and hotels. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for an unforgettable time! Claire Maher thank you for everything. Looking forward to be on the journey with you soon! Always!

Gill and Angela arranged everything for our holiday. We told them what we wanted and they found it all. All documents delivered to us in advance, the whole holiday ran smoothly.

i'll try to be concise. i appreciate people put effort into this however i feel like the cost and the value didn't add up. if you're internet savvy enough to find hotels on your own you can just as well plan your own trip. most of the experiences could be found quite easily and most have duplicate connections with other travel sites(ie. trip advisor). the last part of the trip there were no experiences planned. my estimate of what i would've paid retail versus what i paid travelcounsellors (netherlands) is that i OVERPAID by about 40%. if you ask me its way overpriced for the experiences planned.
