Valerio took care of all the details such as boarding pass and luggage fees so the trip was seamless!

Alexa was fab - she really listened to our long list of requirements and found us the perfect villa for our family holiday for 10. Alexa really took the stress away of managing multiple needs and dates and it really meant we could just enjoy our holiday knowing everything was taken care of.

Hotel was great location. Service was good. Only downside, delays with flight both ways.

Really great family holiday in Switzerland

We had a wonderful holiday in Japan organised through Jessica Smith. We stayed in Tokoyo, Kyoto and Osaka. It was truly amazing. It was well organised with travel tickets pre booked and events. Fabulous holiday! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait for next years adventure! Thank you Jess!!

Highly recommend Travel Counsellors. From the start of our communication to end of our travels the service has been exemplary. Hotels, flights, all transfers all sorted and very efficient and of thr highest standard. Counsellor also checked in on us regularly throughout our 2 week trip to ensure everything was going smoothly .

Dawn booked us a fantastic cruise on Celebrity Ascent, which exceeded our expectations. Where Dawn went above and beyond is when our flight got cancelled at 1am UK time. Dawn was available at that time in the morning to keep us calm, arrange a hotel for a few hours sleep, re-arrange a flight for the next day and stayed on-line for a few hours until we got to the hotel, so she knew we were OK. We can't thank Dawn enough for her help, the best travel service and support you will ever receive!

Wonderful service - scenery

Everything went smoothly and all the accommodation was very good. The whole time was filled with the most amazing scenery. Banff was absolutely great. The Rocky mountaineer was a great experience. Though I would recommend if you do it, do the Gold service. Vancouver is a wonderful city. Vibrant and clean. The Alaskan cruise was excellent and the scenery awesome ! Tip - Take out the drinks package on the cruise. The drinks are expensive.

Lisa arranged another perfect trip for us from flights, transfers and hotels all brilliant. An 8 day trip to Las Vegas and New York is very exhausting with so much to see and do but Lisa making all travel and hotel arrangements meant we had nothing else to think about apart from which attraction to see next and which bar/restaurant to go to. Thank you again Lisa and Tracy for making our holiday so special.

I had to plan a research trip to the USA, travelling from Northern Ireland to Pittsburgh and then Wheaton. Finding the best travel options was proving difficult but Travel Counsellors provided the most efficient and cost-effective route. Their services are well worth it. Everything ran like clockwork and I enjoyed a productive trip free of unnecessary stress.

Arrangements by Donna were excellent. Unfortunately flight out was delayed 3 hours which created quite a lot of tension. Royal Caribbean call customer support were not very helpful.

Annabel’s attention to detail, communication and responsiveness has been excellent throughout the booking process, before our departure and during our time away. She thinks of everything and it made our holiday just that little bit more special. Everything went so smoothly from the air travel, private transfers to accommodation and private tours. We’ll definitely use Annabel again and would happily recommend.
