Claire from Travel Counsellors was great as always. She responded to an email I sent whilst on holiday immediately and contacted the tour operator about my small issue. Great service. The hotel was amazing too.
Everything went as planned. Airport transfers were all good, golf tee times all booked correctly. Communication is always fantastic with Carol so we are always confident that if anything did go askew, she would be on the case and sort it out for us.
Amazing!! We booked on the Wednesday to travel the very next day and EVERYTHING was arranged for us. From airport parking, to being checked in for our flights, we had nothing to think about other than packing!! Would 100% recommend.
Our trip was a huge success! Cheryl arranged everything so perfectly, she was always responsive and helpful. Her attention to detail is second to none, including when our flight was delayed and she was tracking us through the night to check we made our connection. Her suppliers in India were brilliant and it filled us with huge confidence throughout.

The hotel was lovely and a great location being so close to the sea, Pollencia and Alcudia with the bus right outside. Friendly staff, clean and amazing food for all tastes (children and vegetarian). Made for a great holiday
Amazing service from Kirstie. I got in touch as really had no clear picture at all about what we wanted for our family holiday. She patiently went through loads of different location options with me before landing on a fabulous idea which suited us perfectly. Even after booking she was super helpful when we decided to change hotels, and she remained patient with my countless questions and anxieties! Also was on hand when we were abroad, checking in with us and making sure everything was going smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Jo was absolutely fantastic in planning our Route 66 holiday. Flights, car hire and hotels were arranged and everything went like clockwork. Communication was great from the initial enquiry to the welcome home email. Jo's experience and knowledge is second to none. She has organised 4 holidays for us now and we wouldn't use anyone else.

Great trip to Portugal. I sent a rough budget and details of the type of family holiday we were looking for and within A couple of days we had several detailed options sent to us. The holiday itself was as promised. We had a problem with a transfer and an email to our counsellor resolved the issue within an hour. Excellent customer service and support. Will definitely book again.
Dona arranged a fabulous trip. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Transfers, Hotels and locations all excellent. And travelled with confidence that should we have any issues Dona would be on hand to sort anything out even whilst we were away should we need her. Highly recommend
