Fabulous service and great holiday yet again, thank you so much

From the time of enquiring to our return Garry was available every step of the way. He organised everything, we just had to turn up at the airport. Thanks Garry for another great trip.

Lucy completely understood the kind of family holiday we were looking for and provided us with the perfect location and villa. Everything was organised for us which took the stress out of travelling - the villa, location, car hire were all arranged by Lucy. We also booked a boat trip which Lucy recommended and this was again just what we wanted - I would fully recommend using Lucy for all your travel requirements, her knowledge and ability to go the extra mile for her clients is fantastic.

May Swan-Easton has arranged a variety of trips for us. She has been unfailingly efficient, attuned to our likes and dislikes and good at suggesting new ideas. Most recently, May organised a trip to Canada for us. During this time we had some ill-health issues and depended on May to rejig the itinerary at short notice . This was invaluable as it enabled us to enjoy the holiday without having to deal with the reorganisation. We would recommend her unreservedly.

Debbie was amazing, she was extremely knowledgeable about Thailand which helped when planning our trip. Everything was well organised and the app is super useful. The support was also extremely efficient whilst we were on holiday. I highly reccomend Debbie if you want that extra personal touch.

Keely and Linda provide such reassurance that booking with them means you know your holiday is going to be amazing. Our cruise was just perfect and the advice they gave us in which cruise to book including the itinerary and the ship to make sure it was right for all of our group. In the approach to the cruise date they guided us through booking restaurants and evening entertainment with personal experience and advice.. superb service and we will absolutely use them again

We had an absolute dream of a honeymoon booked by the lovely Katharine! We were so overwhelmed by the amount of options, and were so unsure of many things - how much to spend, where to go, what board to do, and above all we wanted it to be special. After talking through everything with Katharine on a zoom call or two, she found us multiple options and we ended up at our perfect destination in Chania, Crete! We had an idyllic 10 nights at the Domes Noruz and Katharine took care of everything - letting the hotel know it was our honeymoon so we had a lovely welcome gift in our room, we had a private transfer from the airport, and priority security. We definitely wouldn't have ended up at the Domes Noruz without Katherine's help, and now we can't imagine having had our honeymoon anywhere else!

Helen always hits the right spot with advice and options to make us happy . After enquiring about capo bay hotel in cyprus she already had previous guests of a similar age who really enjoyed it and with great reviews and an upgrade of room , we had the best time . The hotel and advice was perfect for us and we will return

Holly was outstanding with helping us to choose a Hotel near to where we were attending a family wedding in Rethimno, Crete. Everything went so smoothly with regards to flights, private transfers & the choice of Hotel. Our family holiday was perfect thanks to Holly. The Hotel was amazing & such a lovely destination.

Just back from our incredible 10 day holiday in Cyprus. This year I decided to let the rather wonderful Jill Ritchie organise this holiday for us. She found exactly what we wanted (Our villa with pool) this was a stunning villa in a quiet area near Protaras. We asked for a taste of luxury and Jill delivered. Her enthusiasm for her client’s satisfaction is just wonderful. She is the most helpful person and she truly cares about every single detail. She cares about her clients happiness and is always there to answer any questions you may have. I’m looking forward to going to Lapland in December with my family…..Jill booked this too. So it’s guaranteed to be a fantastic time. Thank you Jill. Forever in your debt.
