Fabulous help with a complicated summer trip across Europe. Emma took time to understand our requirements, and came up with a suggested itinerary to meet our needs. Very good at contact and communication, and when we needed help with rescheduling delayed trains en route they were super responsive.

Nothing was too much trouble for Liz when planning our holiday . With it involving the whole family and where some of us live in Spain it wasn’t easy piecing it all together but Liz organized everything and recommended an amazing property in Alcudia . We had a holiday that our whole family will never forget and we cannot thank Liz enough

When our plane was diverted to a different airport due to a storm at our destination, meaning we would land an hour's drive away from where we were due to collect our hire car, and significantly later, our Travel Counsellor Samantha went above and beyond to help rearrange another car for us to collect at the alternative airport so we could get to our accommodation. It was a Saturday afternoon and she gave up precious hours of her family time to help us, which was hugely appreciated! We would have felt completely stranded without her help!

Debbie at Travel Counsellors was excellent throughout our experience. She took all the stress out of finding a villa within our budget, and then helped us with all our documentation ahead of time too. She went above and beyond, and when our flight was delayed, she made sure we were aware of what was happening and helped us to get some refreshment vouchers too! I would rate our experience highly and would recommend Debbie to anyone.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday to the States & have had a fantastic break thanks to Hayley Bass. All the planning & itinerary leading up to the holiday ensured our trip to New York, flight to Orlando, 2 hotel stays in both Disney & Universal was stress free but it doesn't stop there, Hayley was on had throughout our trip with any enquiries we had & future bookings. After years of talking about it, we finally did it. A big family trip to the USA to celebrate my daughter finishing her GCSEs. But we wouldn’t have done it, certainly not this smoothly or confidently, without Claire Spicer. From the very first chat, Claire was an absolute joy to work with. Friendly, full of ideas and totally unfazed by the prospect of organising a multi-stop adventure for a family of three with a lot of opinions! She took the stress out of every step, turning our vague wishlist into a properly brilliant itinerary. Her suggestions for places to go and things to see were inspired - we saw and did things we never have thought we would - like visiting Yosemite and driving along the Big Sur, alongside must-sees in New York, San Francisca and LA that totally lived up to the hype. The balance she struck between pre-booked activities (which gave us structure and focus) and free time (to explore at our own pace, with no pressure) was perfect. It gave us a holiday that felt completely us and we didn't want to come home from. Claire picked some amazing hotels. The perfect mix of comfort, wow factor and location that you can only really get when someone truly knows what they’re doing. Even the tiniest hiccup, a muddled hotel bill, was dealt with so swiftly and quietly by Claire that we barely noticed it. It didn’t interrupt our trip one bit, and that peace of mind of knowing she was just an email away was everything. From little reminder notes about what to ask at reception, to where best to park and ideas for eating like a local in NYC, we really felt well looked after. We were nervous about going, if I’m honest. America suddenly felt different to the place we thought we'd be going a few years ago. But Claire gave us the confidence to go for it, and now I honestly can’t imagine if we hadn’t. We laughed more than we have in ages. We made memories we’ll never forget. And our 16-year-old daughter? She’s now determined to move to New York. (Thanks, Claire!) If you’re planning a big family trip and want it to feel seamless, exciting, and completely doable, speak to Claire. She didn’t just organise a holiday. She gave us one of the best experiences of our lives.

Superbly arranged multi-centre trip. Hard to imagine how it could have been any better as everything was taken care of ……check-in for flights, emailing boarding passes, car hire, hotels and matching in with our requests. Having used Travel Counsellors before we knew that there going to be no issues as far as pre-trip organising goes and that we would have superb backup should anything go awry during the holiday.

Teresa was incredibly helpful and responsive at all times while booking and while away. It always feels as though she is going above and beyond.

Lovely holiday, perfectly organised by Travel counsellors Manchester. Everything went very smoothly. Hotel rooms good, good breakfast, lovely adult only pool with view of lake Garda. Bardilino lively resort with lots of shop, bars and good restaurants. Good transport to other lake towns

Jess was fantastic from start to finish organising a large family trip to Disneyland Paris. She organised every little detail and made last minute changes to accomodate our family as well as ensuring we were checked in for our flight! We highly recommend her and her team!

Becky did everything and more of what we asked. Very very professional and caring. It was a special celebratory holiday for 6 of us and was perfect, especially Venice. If you want everything to be perfect then let Becky take care of it. Thankyou

An excellent end to end service provided by Robin, from exploring ideas and agreeing itineraries, to ensuring our check in was complete for our return flight. Robin was helpful and responsive with every interaction and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for another trip.
