Amazing service from Kirstie
Amazing service from Kirstie. I got in touch as really had no clear picture at all about what we wanted for our family holiday. She patiently went through loads of different location options with me before landing on a fabulous idea which suited us perfectly. Even after booking she was super helpful when we decided to change hotels, and she remained patient with my countless questions and anxieties! Also was on hand when we were abroad, checking in with us and making sure everything was going smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend!
