Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

Abzocke bei der Kaution

Bitte hier nicht buchen, für die zu unrecht einbehaltene Kautionssumme können alle Kunden ihren Urlaub um noch eine Woche verlängern. Durch die Distanz sind rechtliche Vorgehen vom Heimatland gegen diese unseriösen Abzocker leider schwierig bis unmöglich.

Experiencia TOP QUALITY, inmejorable!

Alquilamos un coche en el Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria y desde el proceso de reserva a través de la web, muy sencillo y claro, pasando por los trámites de recogida del vehículo (en esta ocasión el elegido a través de web), en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y estado general, y la atención INMEJORABLE del personal que nos atendió el día que recogimos el vehículo, todo genial. Reseñar que a la entrega del vehículo se nos planteó una duda con los niveles de combustible que indicaba el coche (condiciones de lleno/lleno) y, a través de consulta vía email, en pocos minutos respondieron a nuestra consulta ofreciéndonos una solución. Una empresa TOP QUALITY en la que destacar vehículo muy nuevo, un precio muy competitivo y la atención de gran calidad del personal de la oficina de Gran Canaria - Aeropuerto. Para repetir sin dudarlo.

Citroen C3 booked they gave me Renault Megan

Had an Citroen C3 booked at beginning of July 2020 for 10 days and at the desk they offered me an Renault Megan. Not the same class, as I wanted something with a bit more space under the bumpers. They asked €100 to give me something else. Also be aware that no form with the scratches on the car are being made. They hand you the keys in the airport and tell you the parking number where to take the car from. Never again

Laufen nicht jedem Trend hinterher, sondern konzentrieren sich auf ihre Kernkompetenz. Neue Autos preiswert an Kunden vermieten. Ohne Schnörkel.
