Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.
Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito.
El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.
I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever

My wife has no creditcard of herself
So I did the booking
I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car
She is not allowed to collect this car
It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now
They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date
How is this possible if you show up ?
I can believe this is you don’t show up
Other carcompany I don’t have this problem
My first rating was 1 star but after top car hire contacts me we solve our divergence unfortunately not successful on my side but at least they explain why.
At least the management know how to deal with their customers.

We rent a car many times with TopCar and we will continue to do so. There is a lot of reasons to do so: affordable prices for a car, very good extra insurance ( if something happens there is absolutely no problem and no extra fees), if you don’t get the desired car right away you can always come back and change it when the car is available, no extra deposit needed (huge points for that),...
One tip: we always put the TopCar ticket down so people can not say it is a rental car because in Spain there is a lot of vandalism and we are trying to avoid scratching the car, stealing the antenna etc. by a third parties (it happened once already).

I received the car that I booked in good condition. I would only wish to have automatic air conditioning and parking sensors like I had before booking with you.
Good service, only my bad point was I can book online when the office is closed, and later on I talked with someone from office this guy said I will call you back, but that never happened. If someone book a car they send email to approve contact you soon if that car is available, but if the car is not available they not send anything, when I was calling them after 4 hours waiting the guy said oh because that car is not available this days, but how I have clue about it?

El trato de topcar fue exquisito! La verdad que el checkin fue muy rapido y el coche estaba genial, nos dieron uno de categori superior. Muy limpio y desinfectado por la normativa covid. Dejar el coche es extremadamente simple, aparcas y alli mismonte cogen la llave. Ademas, ante cualquier duda responden enseguida al tlf

Mis amigos Nitesh Aidasani Suraj Moorjani y yo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con topcar en Fuerteventura. Al llegar al aeropuerto nos dieron un coche que no era el que habíamos pedido, y muy sucio tanto por fuera como por dentro (sacamos fotos). El penúltimo día de nuestra estancia en Fuerteventura, se nos estropeó el coche y estuvimos un día entero sin él. Cuando llamamos, nos dijeron que al día siguiente nos entregarían un coche a las 9am, pero no nos lo dieron hasta las 11:30 y con un fallo en las ruedas. Cuando entregamos el coche y nos quejamos, nos hicieron contarle la misma historia a varias personas mandandonos de un mostrador a otro en el aeropuerto. Hemos puesto una hoja de reclamaciones y espero que nos compensen de buena manera porque nos han fastidiado las vacaciones.
