Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

TopCar: A Total Scam That Ruins Your Trip!

🤬 Absolutely DISGRACEFUL experience with TopCar at Fuerteventura airport! I booked a car a month in advance, confirmed everything days before, only to be told on arrival that my reservation was cancelled due to a “system error” with ZERO prior notice. The staff were utterly unhelpful, offering no solutions or alternatives, leaving me stranded and ruining the start of my trip. I had to scramble to find another rental company, costing me extra time and money. To make matters worse, TopCar completely IGNORES customers—my emails and calls go unanswered, and they have the audacity to delete critical comments on Instagram and block users to silence them! This is a SCAM company with zero respect for clients. AVOID TOPCAR AT ALL COSTS!

Location d'une semaine à Fuerteventura

J'ai loué une voiture de catégorie intermédiaire pour une semaine à Fuerteventura. Je l'ai récupérée à l'aéroport après plus de 10 minutes de file. Le service est desk était souriant et la personne n'a pas insisté concernant les assurances complémentaires. Jusque-là tout va bien sauf que l'état de la voiture était déplorable : pneus avant très (trop) usés et manque de pression pour l'un d'entre eux : un kg de moins que la normale. Donc risque de dérapage en cas de pluie voir d'éclatement à haute vitesse donc dangereux. De plus, la voiture n'était pas très propre et comportait de nombreux coups. Le réservoir n'était pas rempli à fond donc compliqué de rendre le véhicule avec le bon niveau. Bref pas digne d'une bonne location.

Quiero destacar la excelente atención que recibimos por parte de Cristina, en el aeropuerto de Lanzarote, nos atendió en TopCar. Desde el primer momento fue extremadamente amable, cordial y muy profesional. Nos explicó todo con claridad, respondió cada una de nuestras dudas con paciencia y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota que le gusta su trabajo y que se preocupa por brindar un servicio de calidad. Da gusto encontrar personas así, que marcan la diferencia y hacen que la experiencia sea mucho más agradable.

Tentative d’intimidation de la commerciale

La commerciale m’a intimidé pour presque m’obliger à prendre une couverture d’assurance complémentaire alors que je l’avais déjà prise chez le fournisseur. Elle m’a répété plusieurs fois qu’à la moindre égratignure, la totalité de ma caution serait gardée. Voiture récupérée … Pas de GPS, pneus Sous gonflés et vidange pas faite depuis plus de 3000 km. Je ne recommande pas Topcar.
