Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

They show that they have Skoda Kodiaq 7…

They show that they have Skoda Kodiaq 7 seater, and nothing else in that category. But when you come to get the car they tell you that they don't have it and propose a noname car brand which they dont even have as an option on their website. This is fraud. Car is supposed to be new but it looks like a 10 years old grandma's 7 seater. Seats are dirty. Wheals are not aligned, I have to use force to keep the car move forward and not to the right. And they advertise is as almost new, 10k kilometers on odometer. Awful. I don't trust this company ever again. Booking #3035027.

Wartezeit bei der Abholung zu lang. Bei der Abgabe hektische und gestresste Mitarbeiter. Achtung Abzocke: Mir wird der angebliche Verlust der Hutablage von der Kaution abgezogen. Ist bei Check24 in Klärung. Frechheit!

Great, but paying full excess upfront is bad

Prompt service at the front desk & great C3 nice and clean. Returned intact and full and given the all clear. Nothing not to like here….except, on check in they took the full €700 excess cover off my credit card, and not the normal pre-authorisation that I’ve had 100s of times. On return they said it could take 15 days to return it! This feels like a scam, to make interest off other people's money. I’m trying to find out if this activity is illegal under EU law? Because I used a UK credit card, I had to pay exchange fees for the excess that was never needed…and exchange fees when they return it, costing me more money, for excess that was never needed.

Booking for trip from TFS -Puerto de la cruz

Booking for 5 night trip from TFS to Puerto de la cruz, staff very friendly and fast at processing at collection booking on their website straight forward and easy, great options for vehicle, however the greatest thing was the cost, Less than half the cost of just the insurance protection cost of the big players, £129 all in for 5 days , drop off point and hand back very good and straight forward , deffo recommend and will look for them at other locations in future.

The car is too old, the seats are dirty We rent the car from TopCar Tenerife When we made a reservation we paid low price but we got a car which is around 10 years old. I never got such an old car in any other rental car company. The car seats are dirty…

Very disappointed

Very disappointed collected nice car only to find rear tyres bald. Waited all day for pickup lorry to collect and deliver replacement car. Second car shabby and an old heap. Would not use this company again

FRAUD SCHEME

FRAUD: the booked 7 seats car was „not available“ (although we saw the exact booked car - skoda kodiaq - later at the parking lot). we were offered a vw tiguan for a reduced price but the price was still much higher than the tiguan was priced at the day we made our booking a few months ago. afterwards we complained at the support but no help at all. bookingnr. 2912201 thread::DD8GBuQEe0GXsUM6ldiT2xY:: ] for us this i a kind of FRAUD to rent different cars much overpriced!

Bad service, old and dirty cars.

I made a reservation at check24 where I paid the insurance to not have to pay deposit. And my surprise is that they inform me that what I booked and paid is independent of them and fot that I did not have insurance and they made me pay an excess of 1200 euros. I try to explain to them that in my voucher it says insurance at all risks, but they make me pay the deposit because I refuse to take double insurance that I have already paid. Then we checked the car and what I find is that the car is dirty on the outside, which I didn't take much notice of, but the trunk and the back seats were dirty, I found sand and dirt, finger marks and even a used handkerchief. Important to clarify that the car was full of damage everywhere, had no GPS, plus dirty, and super old, but did its job, drive I have to add that I ordered a children's chair, and it was the oldest and most used that they could give me, I asked for another one and they told me they didn't have more, only a paid one that of course I refuse to pay if supposedly on the page it is free, "supposedly it was paying for being better." Also they didn't give me the car I booked, apparently it was a similar one, but it's a lie The girl who attended me in playa del ingles very well, was also surprised by the dirt like me and my wife, apologized and tried to give me solutions but none benefited me, she was in a hurry because there were a lot of people and only 2 staff, she told me they could clean my car and leave it at the hotel or pick it up in 20 minutes, but I could not wait, and I took it in that state. I asked the girl who attended me for a refund or discount for my next reservation that I had with them, and she told me that they did not give refunds, and even less because I supposedly made the reservation through another unofficial website and I have to claim to Check24, however, it was her company that I claimed to give my money to. He told me to speak with customer support, and I wrote an email, which was never answered, and I decided to cancel my second booking with them. The worst, despite my previous bad experience, my return of the car in your office at the airport was disorganized, late, people who do not like their work and respond badly. When I ask them in the airport for my email and my refund, they tell me they don't know anything, and when I ask them for my deposit of 1200 euros they tell me they will get it back and they don't give me any proof of the money back, they throw me away as I stabs them. It took me 14 days to get the money back. Poor service, not recommended.

Más de una hora de cola para la entrega

Alquilamos el coche porque tenía una oficina en el aeropuerto pero q más de una hora de cola para poder recoger el vehículo. Y la hora que te vale es la de reserva no la de entrega real del coche que eso me parece ya un morro que se lo pisan...
