Bad service, old and dirty cars.
I made a reservation at check24 where I paid the insurance to not have to pay deposit.
And my surprise is that they inform me that what I booked and paid is independent of them and fot that I did not have insurance and they made me pay an excess of 1200 euros.
I try to explain to them that in my voucher it says insurance at all risks, but they make me pay the deposit because I refuse to take double insurance that I have already paid.
Then we checked the car and what I find is that the car is dirty on the outside, which I didn't take much notice of, but the trunk and the back seats were dirty, I found sand and dirt, finger marks and even a used handkerchief.
Important to clarify that the car was full of damage everywhere, had no GPS, plus dirty, and super old, but did its job, drive
I have to add that I ordered a children's chair, and it was the oldest and most used that they could give me, I asked for another one and they told me they didn't have more, only a paid one that of course I refuse to pay if supposedly on the page it is free, "supposedly it was paying for being better."

The worst, despite my previous bad experience, my return of the car in your office at the airport was disorganized, late, people who do not like their work and respond badly.
When I ask them in the airport for my email and my refund, they tell me they don't know anything, and when I ask them for my deposit of 1200 euros they tell me they will get it back and they don't give me any proof of the money back, they throw me away as I stabs them.
It took me 14 days to get the money back.
