Love Toolstation, but really fed up with Evie. Waited in ALL DAY for a delivery and just got a message at 4pm to say it could not be delivered. Not happy as needed item today and had guaranteed next day delivery.

From the initial ordering to collecting was very straight forward and hassle free.

I have used Toolstation a number of times including recently and I am completely happy with them. Online stock accounting of what’s in store has never disappointed. Turnaround time from placing order to ready to collect has always been efficient. The website is clear to use and communication both electronically and in store is always great. The experience far exceeds going to big diy supplies stores where things are hard to find and often not in stock despite website saying items are, even when I check again whilst inside those stores.
