Rude manager

I bought a tin of filler but when I got home realised the hardener was missing- when I took it back to the store and asked for the hardener that was missing, the manager was vile! He was abrupt and rude and didn’t want to help! In the end, he grabbed another tin and said there you go! I didn't even want a new tin - just the tube of hardener that was missing. Not a pleasant experience- I’ll stick to Screwfix!

It’s not often an employee goes ‘above and beyond’ even out of work hours - this is exactly what happened today with a Toolstation Emplyee, Candice Kilgore, from the Peterlee Branch. She displayed outstanding customer support, going beyond what is expected with an issue I had over a delivery.
