The snacks are great, customer service is really nice always get my boxes swiftly, packaged nicely with a very helpful leaflet telling me what each snack is and what the common allergy of the snack so I don't have to worry that I'm eating somthing I'm allergic to just because the ingredients are in Japanese not to mention the selection of snacks is really good very highly recommend

Absolutely love my first box! Spent six years in Japan as a child and it was so much fun opening up my box. Seeing all the flavors of Japan made me feel like a kid again! Would highly recommend!

So many different treats that is unique and tasty. I initially bought a subscription for my wife and she has been loving it.

I can't begin to explain how much I advise anyone to avoid this company. I spent months being ignored about my orders, orders never arriving and then I'd get an update when my account was charged again and then ignored. Dozens of emails. Horrible customer service and patronising responses. I'm beyond in favour of supporting businesses like this but it got to the stage I had to block the subscription from my bank. To this day I haven't received a response about approximately 100 euro of undelivered orders - ones I never signed up to be charged for. Customer service ignore you so I'm happy to report the way they treat customers. Worst subscription service on the Web.

The whole TokyoTreat experience is wonderful. Starting from a very responsible and professional customer support agent and finishing with the full box of exclusive Japanese treats which can be rarely met in Eastern Europe. I'm really grateful to TokyoTreat for the chance to taste the world!

Got here super fast and was super painless 5o fet. I do love the packaging but i think it could be a little taller as to avoid some boxes for the treats not to be squished. As i love keeping some of them for uniqueness.

I ordered a one year subscription during their Sakura gimmick. They were giving out free starbucks cups to those who paid $539.99 for a 12/month sub. I received my first box a week later with no cup and missing some of the items promised in the booklet. I emailed them and they didn't respond. I contacted paypal to make a dispute for my money back minus the one box. Paypal ruled in TokyoTreats favor because the company submitted the tracking for the box. After going rounds with the dispute, Tokyo treat finally reached out to me to ask for photos of the box. It has been three months and most of the items in the box are rotten. I sent a photo the day it arrived, sent the mail investigations report,etc. They still say without a current picture they won't help me replace the missing items. I sent a picture, but I don't want the missing items, I just want my money back minus the one box. They refuse to continue the subscription because I opened a paypal complaint and they refuse to refund, so one box without the cup and with half the items missing cost me $539.99. worst decision I ever made. This company is awful.
