Worst Customer Service Ever
I ordered a one year subscription during their Sakura gimmick. They were giving out free starbucks cups to those who paid $539.99 for a 12/month sub. I received my first box a week later with no cup and missing some of the items promised in the booklet. I emailed them and they didn't respond. I contacted paypal to make a dispute for my money back minus the one box. Paypal ruled in TokyoTreats favor because the company submitted the tracking for the box. After going rounds with the dispute, Tokyo treat finally reached out to me to ask for photos of the box. It has been three months and most of the items in the box are rotten. I sent a photo the day it arrived, sent the mail investigations report,etc. They still say without a current picture they won't help me replace the missing items. I sent a picture, but I don't want the missing items, I just want my money back minus the one box. They refuse to continue the subscription because I opened a paypal complaint and they refuse to refund, so one box without the cup and with half the items missing cost me $539.99. worst decision I ever made. This company is awful.
