I signed up for a 12 month subscription and got my first box today, it's worth every dollar, I can't wait for next month's box. And it got here so quickly

Loved the box, the snacks were great, especially the noodles and the kitkats. The price is fine but the shipping cost is expensive for Australia. There was only one snack out of all of them I didn't enjoy, but over great buy

I've been getting the box for about 6 months and I look forward to receiving it every month. There's always a unique Kit Kat flavor, a Japanese soda, an instant noodle, and assorted savory and sweet treats.

This month's box was truly すごい！My family and I absolutely loved the watermelon ramune candy and the Sakusaku Panda cookies. Everything else in the box was great, too! We got the matcha latte KitKat in ours, which we've been able to buy at international grocery stores, but we love them regardless~ The Chupa Chups soda was pretty good, as were the truffle chips (although those tasted more garlicky than mushroomy?). I was really impressed by the banana castella; the bean paste inside actually gave it a very similar texture to a real banana. I think it'd be a great snack or breakfast to have with coffee or tea. Because of our TokyoTreat subscription, we've come to discover that Japanese marshmallows are the best marshmallows in the world, so we were delighted to have TWO! The Banana Man marshmallow tastes like a banana Moon Pie, which is a family favorite. The Marshuro marshmallow is adorably sweet and fluffy as always. <3 The cola sour paper candy was delicious! Definitely one of the best cola-flavored candies I've had, in my opinion. I think it tasted the most like Coca-cola, but wasn't exactly the same. Could definitely go for another of those! The milk chocolate balls were tasty, as were the potato snacks, Umaibo (mentai), and kakiotane. The edamame crackers admittedly were a little bland besides a buttery flavor, with a texture reminiscent of Goldfish crackers. We loved the cold instant soba! I don't think I'll ever get tired of the ones where you can drain the water with the lid. It's so cool, haha! The flavor was so good and refreshing. All in all, this box was totally solid and gave me good summer vibes as fall gets closer. But man, I need me some more of that watermelon candy!

TokyoTreat has been great, I've been subscribed to their service for 5 months now and I have rarely had any issues but when I have had issues I have been able to create a "ticket" explaining my issue which they have replied to within 24hrs and give clear, straight to the point explanations of the situation which resolves the issue I had been having

Took two weeks for anything to be sent out let alone received. CS are completely unhelpful and don't actually advise what's going on - just give platitudes without sorting anything out. Wanted to cancel as the delay meant overlap with a holiday so no-one to now take it, foolish me thinking the 3 day turnaround in shipping wasn't a lie. CS ignored that request until they shipped it out and then said "Woops we can't". I now need to try delaying the delivery with courier which given the state the sakura co box arrived in which is done by the same company I have no confidence the products inside will survive for another week. At least when Bokksu messed up on a box I ordered with them they actually help and refund where there are big delays - I'm not complaining about a day or two - it's two weeks. Edit: Made the mistake of trying them again and giving benefit of the doubt. Latest box hasn't been sent for over three weeks, given a tracking number that just states a label was generated a week and a half ago with zero movement. I might receive an October box in mid November oh and to top it all off the british queen dying is apparently why a box from Japan hasn't shipped. What a poor service full of excuses. My advice, don't bother. In addition this review was asked for more info by the seller as if to write a response - funnily enough after several weeks I haven't heard anything from them!

Everything looked pretty good. I really can't wait to try the soda and the banana castella. The chips look pretty good as well and the ramen.

Beautiful summer looking box with variety of different sweet and savory snacks, not every day you get a chance to taste Japanese snacks, very fascinating boxes

My son is obsessed with all things Japanese. We have tried a few Japanese box subscriptions, and this one is our favorite. We love the ramen inclusion. The soda and the kit Kats are also popular here. I think it is a great value for the money. Shipping is always well within what I would expect from overseas.

I got the Café au Lait Kit Kat and they were delicious! They did melt a little but tasted great.

We have been getting the Tokyo Treat box for nearly two years and still enjoy the variety of new snacks we receive every month.

I am in love with my Tokyo Treat Snack Box my mom had got it for my 12th birthday because I've wanted one for so long. Definitely would give it a try

I got the summer treat box and it was just wonderful me and my friend had a fun time trying everything especially since we’re saving up money to go to Japan!!!

AMAZING! I've always wanted a Japanese snack box that would have authentic foods in them and this one is great!! Although a lot is actually not recommended for anyone with peanut, tree nut, seafood or dairy allergy or intolerance, there are some that are free of these and taste great! If I could gift a box I would and if I could buy more than one, I would. Some of the snacks are so good and I typically don't like things with marshmallows in them but it's actually delicious!

These boxes are absolutely great! I just received my second box and they have both been early and packed with loads of really yummy treats! Such a good selection of savoury and sweet! Such am adventure opening each box!
