A yummy snack box from Japan! Altough i would have loved a little more snacks and not just 3 big and some small 10 cent snacks for the big price u pay.. its a lovely surprise in the mailbox!

Fast delivery, box came in good condition, snacks are all very tasty and they have a helpful and informative booklet with each snack and any allergies that they may contain! So many new flavours, I love it can’t wait for my second box!!

The box is amazing and there are many different things I wouldn’t normally think of trying. Would definitely recommend this box!

The June box has good variety of snacks, well balanced between sweet and savory. Shipping was fast and easy as usual, which is very appreciated.

It is the first a order a Tokyo Treat box and I’ve been nicely surprised from the very beginning just by having a look at the website: every is clear, looks fun and makes you wanna get all of it. Couldn’t resist long before pressing the “order” button. I live in Spain and the box got delivered within 10 days, which is super fast. After opening the box, I was even more surprised by the number of snacks inside. Feel directly in Tokyo just by opening it. The tiny book is amazing and explains a lot of different little things about the snacks in the box but also some Japanese cultural points! I will definitely renew the membership to maybe 6 months or a year as I just did a one month to have a try. Thank you so much Tokyo Treat!! All my blessing to you from Barcelona, Spain! :D

One word: predatory. My experience with this company has been S**T, to say the least. I'm not going to provide screenshots because they contain my private info, but if I find it necessary eventually I will. I've never been this frustrated in my entire life because I feel impotent. I bought the TokyoTreat box in September 2021 to receive the October 2021 one and it never arrived. I ordered it from its official website and paid with PayPal. I contacted their customer service from their page, and basically I have to pay an extra $12.50 to get another box because THEY had a problem with shipping, or I get NOTHING. Not even a refund. They don't want to give me a refund because supposedly the payment has already gone through their system. A really absurd reason. They expect me to pay extra after they robbed me to get what they didn't give me. And it's already been a long time, so I can't do anything from PayPal. I've told them that they are basically stealing and that the least they could do is cover the shipping fee and they ignore everything I say, they just send the same, seemingly automaticated message. Mind you, I've been trying to track this shipment since the beginning, and I've asked them about it several times before about the package because I was worried. Not only that, they are trying to pin this on me saying that the shipping address was wrong to try and justify the extra charge, even if they sent me the address I provided and it was the right one. I have received several international deliveries to my door to that address, including Umai Crate which is amazing. I have paid $47.50 dollars, and after they have stolen from me, they expect me to pay $12.50 dollars more to cover their mess, instead of being a decent company with decent customer service, and covering the shipping fee to deliver what they promised, or AT LEAST give me a refund. I don't wanna have to deal with them anymore. I want a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. They are shady, they disregard your concerns, and as soon as you encounter a problem like this, you have no way to solve it. Even if you have positive experiences with them, think about what happened to me. They will not help you.

For France and maybe globally countries with customs fees : What tokyotreat does not say is that the delivery company they chose will bill you extra 15€ + 2,50€ VAT concerning France to deliver your package, telling you this is because they payed the fees "in advance" for you. It is a complete scam. Even if you refuse the package you will have to pay it. I contacted Tokyotreat to ask them to cancel the next boxes I ordered as they were not even prepared. They did not want to refund in any way. Also make sure to cancel your subscription on PayPal the moment you bought a box, because they automatically renew the purchase if you don't, even if this is for one box, and obviously they don't refund. If you want to cancel through their website they erase your whole account at the same time.

I absolutely love to dive in to the Japanese culture of snacks. Everything is so delicious and I absolutely adore the monthly booklets that come with the box. The booklets explain to you what each snack is, while also informing you of Japanese culture, city wards, history, and holidays. I love how interactive TokyoTreat is with their boxes and their social media.

Took abit long time but when it arrived it was great! Great selection

Me and my younger brother were surprised by how good the flavors where. If it weren't sent to us as a surprise then we would have never tried them.

The Tokyo Treat box is the first subscription box I’ve ever purchased, and it came in exactly as described. I enjoy the variety of the snacks, and the unique curation of items. I very much appreciate the booklet provided that tells you allergy information! That’s crucial for me.

Quick delivery and large range of items in package, amazing selection of items especially the drinks!

First box arrived within a week and contained what was advertised for it, everything looks lovely and i look forward to next months box and future boxes
