This box never disappoints us. You get so many treats and snacks in the box that I feel like it is a good value. My son's favorites are always the pop, the Kit Kats, and the ramen.
They will rip you off. To be fair, the products are pretty good and the packaging is cute but the whole thing turns out to be an auto-renewal scam. I ordered six months worth for my wife for Christmas as she is a japanophile and I thought she'd get a kick out of it. I even thought about getting her another subscription next Christmas. Then I was charged for another six months. What? This must be a mistake I thought. Nope. Turns out they auto-renew every subscription. The kicker? Once they charge you, they won't refund the money. Ever. I cancelled within an hour of getting the charge and wrote them. No dice. In this day and age this sort of thing is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid.

Super fun idea if you’re into Japanese snacks! It was my first time trying something like this and I really enjoy the concept! The only thing is this seems to be more centred around the more typical snacks you’d be able to find but I loved everything that came and it’s really cool that you get a drink and instant noodles! Overall I would highly recommend this to others.
I was really happy to receive this box after waiting a whole month for it. All of the snacks in the box were really good and well designed. My only wish is that there were even more snacks in the box since it is so expensive.
This company is predatory AF. They hide all the nasty stuff under a "Cancel anytime" policy that comes with an awful lot of small print. Let's get this straight; YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Whatever you pay is final, and they will keep it even if you don't want the subscription anymore. You can try opening a case and following up with them, but the copy-pasta answer is always the same: "payments are final. Go get wrecked." "Worldwide Shipping" is also a VERY questionable statement. Many destinations fall under a "60 to 90 days, untracked shipment" but this is not stated ANYWHERE on the payment form, and you'll only find it if you dig for a while on their help section. .I'm disputing my payment on Paypal as this is the only hope I have of getting my payment back. I don't want their boxes, and I don't give a damn about their terrible service. I hope this helps and prevents you from getting scammed by these people.
Delivery was on the right day and the treats themselves are amazing, they give you a whole bag of little kit kats. AMAZING
Every box is so bomb!! Such a great variety of snacks to try!! So worth the try for a taste of Japan.
So the food i got was so unique and different and most tasted nice but the cream stew pringals we don't talk about those but sides form my taste buds need abit of fixing everything was good
This was a gift for my daughter's birthday. She loves these boxes, and is overjoyed everytime they arrive at the letterbox. Delivery is super fast, beautifully packaged and a nice mix of fun products. Good fun for all!
