Three months of boxes paid and not a single one received. When enquiries are made, you are brushed off with snotty responses! Time to make the YouTubers aware of this pathetic service for them not to accept “sponsorships” and endorse them!

I just received my August box and it is a summer and fireworks inspired theme. The booklet that comes with the box is great because it describes all the snacks inside. They also add interesting little facts about Japan. I am eager to try the Mystery Flavor Fanta drink and see if I can guess the correct flavor. Another cool aspect of TT is that you can collect points with each box ordered to get discounts in the future. All in all, I give a two thumbs up! :)

I enjoyed the variety of items from sweet to savory! I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of most of the things! This was my first box and cant wait for next month. The shipping was fast once it arrived in the US.

Overall satisfied. Tokyotreat is definitely one of the better options if you want to try snacks from a different part of the world.

I've used Tokyo treat before having had 2 (or 3) boxes dating back to 2019. Thought I'd give it a go again as I do love trying new snacks. On my first parcel arriving via Yodel, I found the safety seal had been tampered and only 5 of the items remaining. This left a really sour taste in my mouth. However Tokyo treat customer services have been great at organising a replacement box, and even included a couple of extra things. This time it came via DHL which I havent had any issues with before.

My experience with TokyoTreat was truly exceptional, and there are several factors that made it so great. Firstly, their commitment to curating a diverse and exciting selection of food and candy from Japan is truly commendable. Each box felt like a carefully crafted journey through Japanese culinary delights, allowing me to explore flavors and treats that I wouldn't have had the chance to otherwise.

My family loves to get together and open the boxes together. We share all of the treats and we love them all!

Honestly I was doubtful of just how good TT boxes could be. Then it arrived. And I loved everything in it. My top item for the August box is the Ghana chocolate ,ガブリチュウ candy and the Salt Lemon KitKats. Will definitely be getting another box.

One of my boxes arrived severely crushed. Customer service worked with me to make it right. They were timely in their communication and thorough enough that I knew what information they needed from me without any confusion. They were also very clear so that my expectations were managed and I felt like we came to a fair resolution of snack replacement. I appreciated the effort they went through to make sure I wasn't disappointed.

I love the idea of a subscription box new snacks not the same ones, each box is different and unique. I love that

Each box always has something different from the previous and unique! I love the various KitKat flavors we don’t get in the U.S. and Japanese candies. Included is a booklet that not only explains each treat but the Japanese culture. Amazing treat box and worth the subscription!

Has some popular name brand snacks and drinks. Overall, the snacks are great and it’s a good experience!
