I’ve been with Tokyo treat from the beginning (minus some random months) it’s always fun to see what I’m going to get. They try to include simple guaranteed to be enjoyed treats and some crazy adventurous ones.

Tokyo Treat is great! I have had multiple boxes and they are fast on shipping (never more than 2 weeks for me). I love all the snacks and the sneak peaks to get us excited. Everything is always eaten and everyone I share with loves them. Great box for yourself or as a present!
I have always wanted to go to Japan and with this little box I got so much experience and knowledge about the food there I highly recommend it. Makes great gifts to!

I've had this subscription before and I look forward to it every month. I had a rough day at work and when I came home and saw it on the table my mood immediately lifted.
The 100% no refund policy shows that this company does not care about customer service. Without any warning they will renew your subscription, and if you then cancel the subscription right away (so way before a box has been sent), they will just keep the money. "Refunding is not possible as soon as we processed the payment", was the response I got... 100% illegal practise for any company within the EU, so I do not understand how they can get away with it. They simply stole $540 from me...

Before the 6 months were up, Tokyo Treats took $276 out of my checking account. On the day it happened, I notified them that I did not want another 6 months. It was very difficult to find how to notify them. They do not publish their phone number. You must notify them on their website. They refuse to give me my money back. I feel robbed! The subscription boxes are full of delicious Japan goodies like chips, pastry, ramen, & even drinks. The goodies fit the monthly theme pretty well, & I loved the extra sakura-themed cloth that came with my 3-month subscription purchase. The booklet is very helpful for identifying the snacks included as well as learning more about Japan & it’s culture. Overall, a great snacking experience.
I love Tokyotreat.com! The snacks are amazing, the quality is splendid, and the selection of snacks and drinks is really cool! My only problem is that it took nearly all month to receive my box after it shipped, but the wait was worth it.
All the products were as they were shipped, really well planed arrangement. The tracking was simple and clear.
December 2022 Review: Excellent winter holiday experience! Our first time with TokyoTreats for holiday gathering we hosted in our home. The snack amount was great and we appreciated the colorful, wide variety that was delivered to us. The special Christmas packaging was delightful. We will be ordering one month boxes again, reserved for special occasions once or twice a year. Truly felt treated by Tokyo. <3
I look forward to this box every month. Each time I worry I won’t like what’s in the box bc it’s unique and different and every time I am surprised! Love getting to try new things. It’s pricey but it’s a nice treat to myself!
