Good subscription

Every time I get a box I am so excited to open it and see what is inside. The box is full of snacks, juice and mochi :)

Incredibly disappointed by this company. As other reviews has said, there are no email comms to state they will auto renew your subscription other than at checkout (which you would have completed 6 months or 12 months ago if you have a long term subscription). When your initial subscription ends, there is no communication that it is your last box and they will auto renew automatically unless you navigate through their confusing portal to cancel your membership. Support is unwilling to help you as they state “refunds can’t be processed once payment has gone through the system”, even if your payment is in pending in the bank. I am a marketer myself, I’m very disappointed to see these kind of deceitful marketing practices being used. Operational email comms are common, use them! You come across as a very money hungry company otherwise. EDIT: After some back and forth with customer service (in which they first offered me a coupon), I got a full refund. I still think this is something that shouldn’t have to be fought for, but I have to give the credit in that they did eventually agree after some persuasion - although clearly the claim they can’t do refunds after the payment is processed isn’t true.

Amazing, I was expecting the chips to be crushed and chocolate to be melted like most of the snack boxes I have ordered, probably my favorite one so far.

The snacks are so delicious and such high quality. Subscribing to this box made it so fun when we visited Japan this past spring. We found so many of the treats.

Con company. This is the same company as Sakura. Do not buy anything with this supplier. It is a con company. They do not notify you, when you subscribe ( and I checked!) that your subscription is ongoing. So when you think your subscription has ended they just take your money again. Read the small prints! It’s a huge hassle you get your money back.

I have been a user for about a year now, and have got to say, Tokyo Treat snacks are pretty fantastic! The food quality is good and the snacks themselves are pretty delicious! I especially love the weird flavours of KitKats! Would definitely recommend trying!

Tokyo treat never fails! Delicious snacks every month! If you want authentic Japan snack Tokyo treat is the way to go.

I have had short runs of subscriptions with Tokyo Treat for several years now, and it's always an interesting and delicious box of sweet and savoury snacks. They've improved over the years too, with clear indications in the booklet about what is suitable for vegetarians.

I bought my fiancé 3 months of TokyoTreat Boxes! He just received his 1st box and is so happy! He missed his snacks and is glad to have his snacks here in the states!

IT WAS WORTH IT, It was shipped in a decent amount of time and it tastes amazing!

I heard about this product from ASMRsafespace. This was amazing!!! Some of the items were not what I prefer, but someone else will love it. I'll be ordering again!!!
