Keo was brilliant!

I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Shamzu thus morning and he made the process so much less painful than I expected. He clarified what would happen on payment of the account.

Spoke to Keo regarding a matter that had to be solved, he guided me through every step. Helped me a lot very professionally where we both came to an agreement that was best for me and them

I spoke to Declan this morning. He was so helpful and made everything feel less stressful than I thought it would be . After wards it felt such a relief to have spoken to him , as I was so afraid not knowing how to go about the problem and how to solve it . Fair play even though he knew I had to go to the hospital, he was kind and considerate, and we actually came up with a plan , before I had to leave . Just a big thankyou for your help

Only 1 thing prevents me from giving a 5 star rating when it came to today’s interaction is the amount of time it took to get through. The repeat information over and over again on the recorded message as your waiting is extremely annoying. HOWEVER on a positive note The agent I dealt with today (Unfortunately I didn’t jot down his name) was extremely polite and courteous making the interaction surprisingly pleasant and stress free. After reading a few reviews I did go into the conversation a little guarded however I soon realised this agent treats you as a fellow human and not just a number! He is a credit to your company! I’m just gutted I can’t give a named review.

Excellent customer service was able to deal with the query quickly without wasting time was able to offer a solution and let me decide as opposed to applying pressure. Great employee and a asset to the company
