It hasn’t arrived yet. P.S. It arrived safely yesterday. There was no rush, but I was wondering why I was being asked for a review before it had been delivered. Maybe that might be changed going forward?

I ordered 12 cement blocks for shed base, I never received any information about delivery the truck just appeared, I called the shop twice before getting answer and explained that nobody was home and could the bricks be left down by the side of the garden so it wasn't in the way, he advised he would immediately get onto the driver and that I would be called back in five minutes, I called multiple times after that and nobody ever picked up or returned my call, the pallet was left in the garden where a car is parked so has caused a massive amount of inconvenience, very frustrating service overall and wouldn't recommend your service.

I was told the delivery of the material was on Friday, but it hasn't arrived yet so I cannot review since I haven't received the order

Website good but on collection, service was incredibly slow Edit. raised to 4 because despite the slow service in Ardee by the counter clerk the guy in the yard was friendly and quick, price was excellent and 3 was a little harsh.

I placed an order for wood. I live just 10 minutes from the store. It took 9 days to deliver, and when they finally did, they dumped it outside the wrong house on my street. No call, no knock, no attempt to check the address. Just left it there and drove off. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Late, careless, and zero customer service. I won’t be using them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting a basic level of professionalism. Update: They came back and delivered to the right address

TJ O'Mahony were the only builders providers who had the decking to match our existing decking that was damaged,have dealt with them for many years when I had my own kitchen co and with companies I've represented....always good to deal with and no doubt will be dealing with them in the future.

3 days for a click and collect on a standard in stock item is a bit excessive. Otherwise everything good

9th business day and still waiting on the completion of the delivery. Contacted the responsible person and got ask to call someone else.

the purchase element was all good, slight marks off for the delivery though. but overall good.

Placed order (Ballymount) Monday 26th May hoping for delivery Friday 30th May. Not too much to ask... I emailed before to see if this was possible but no reply! I ordered anyhow and sent a note requesting delivery by friday or before..again no reply but payment taken! Sent another email 27th May...no reply again!! So 28th May i rang and got told no chance will I get materials by friday, it will be the middle of the following week at the earliest. That's Ok no problem...i asked can they process a refund for me. No problem they said! So I ordered everything I needed from Mannion's and got delivered a day early. Thank you Mannion's!! Over a week later I called O'Mahonys to see where my refund is. I'm needing the money for the rest of the project...Oh it's on the way, I got told... takes 5 working days they said. I told them it's been more than that now!! It's now the 11th June. Over 2 weeks and im going to have to call again to try and get my refund. I really think it's a joke of a service. Give me my refund and we can part ways. Your more hassle than your worth.

Good prices but still haven’t received my delivery and no info on when it will be delivered. After 7 days tried to call the store and no answer as well as emailing the point of contact I was given for delivery and no response.

I went to the shop in glasnevin when I spoke to salesman he told me he here was delivery charge although my order was by more than €300 but if I ordered on line, no delivery charge. So I ordered on line to be told order was coming from glasnevin ???? Do you not like staff. ???? I will reconsider next time. I prefer to deal with real people not robots. Price was good, delivery was quick, material was not great Great staff in glasnevin appreciate them please.
