Wasted time
Bought a product online after checking that it was in stock, went to collect next day and none in stock. Wasted time with not an ounce of apology. Update following the below reply:- Showing something in stock & available for purchase is a primary goal of online purchasing. Not sure what the below is telling me but it comes across as "don't believe our online stock availability" which defeats the entire purpose of online shopping. Maybe get a better system or operate it more efficiently,
