When a company is focused on meeting the customers' needs; the right products at the right price almost sell themselves. Conor and Danny are great: excellent advice when needed. And I love the winged fixings for plasterboard. On one visit Danny's adviced helped me get the job done without making a purchase. Today I'm going back to buy something else. Thanks gents!
Great service. The package was wrapped by bubblewrap and protected at the corners but there was no carboard packaging. One of the thin sheet side covers was bent a bit. I bent it back but some paint came off.

The staff are excellent and very helpful, if they don't have what your looking for they will give you another option of a similar item, your products are of a very high standard, and your location is very accessible traffic wise.
Ordered some parts online which was a simple process When I went to the ballymount branch the girl that looked after me was not very nice.she could do with a lesson on customer service.and maybe someone could teach her how to say thank you. The sheeting wasn't in the indicated dimensions. I asked for a discount or an other concession but I got nothing. Very dissapointing experience. I will not use that store anymore. I bought online timber sheeting in dimensions 4.8m x 22mm x 125mm I got at the store 4.8m x 19mm x 120mm I just checked it again after you replied to my review. If you want more prove than I need an email address!

My granite parasol arrived without the plastic piece at the top of the cylinder the parasol slots into. When I rang the number on the website I was directed to the branch, I spoke to someone in the gardening dept who said they only had one stand & it was the broken display model. I explained I ordered from the main website & paid full price & was not told it was broken. She did not understand which piece I was referring to so I took a picture & sen an email back in may. No one acknowledged or replied to my email & I never received the missing part.
