Deliveries keep showing up with no warning. I'd expect communication when the delivery will be so we can ensure someone is there to get the delivery and the driveway isn't blocked by other cars parking

Great response over phone and no problem ordering additional delivery which wasn't possible online.

When I'm getting anything for my house again there is no other hardware store I would go to . Ordering on line is so simple to do with tj O'Mahonys my delivery was at my door inside a few days from when I placed my order and delivery fee is so reasonable and delivery drivers are always so very helpful .

I ordered online for collection and service was hassle free. When I unpack product, a display item, there was 2 items missing. When I rang the store they could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Assistant phoned me twice to ensure I was sorted/happy

Placed my order on Fri, was due in 3 to 5 working days. The following Friday evening, I rang to see where my order was, and after 2 separate phone calls, both saying they would find out and ring me back, nobody returned ny call. I did not receive my order until the following Thursday, almost 2 weeks after placing the order.

I ordered a single fence panel and was expecting a few days for delivery. It arrived later that day so was very happy!
