Ordered the wood online, was kept up to date by a sales rep and the wood was delivered very promptly. Simple and straightforward process which was very good.

I was able to order a variety of items. Delivery was in a reasonable timeframe. Maybe, a text an hour ! before delivery!

I would highly recommend TJ O'Mahony, especially for online shopping. Everything went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with my purchase

The staff went that extra mile to help resolve a delivery problem that my contractor created. It was very much appreciated.

Delivery was a shambles TBH. Was told delivery would come on a specific day, took the day off work and nothing came. The person I was in contact with up until that point went curiously silent on the day in question. Called the office in the late afternoon (second time that day) and said I could absolutely not take delivery the next day, and asked could it be done THURS/FRI of that week. She said no problem, dispatch would be on to me in the morning. As I was leaving my house the next morning, delivery driver calls and says he's there with the delivery. I put my business on hold (again) and take the delivery in. I mean it's not a rocket launch lads - better comms between yourselves would do you the world a good. I've worked in the courier business and placating the client was always the #1 thing. Evident that you don't give two hoots. Would never use you again.
