Another online order that was made so simple by the prosperous branch . Phone call to say stock would need to be ordered from another branch and a e mail at 21.15pm confirming stock was now in and delivery would be next day as requested. Special mention to Alan the transport manager for all his help and Wesley the driver . Value for money and great customer service which is a rare thing now days.

The product ordered was perfect and I have no issues with that. My issue this particular order was that a pallet of 30 bags of Wood Pellets was delivered on a truck that couldn't fit in a residential drive way and it didn't provide a forklift or trolley to move the pallet. My order was dropped at my gate by the crane hook, when it needed to be 80m away up by my shed. I then had to rush to get them all moved as it was due to rain and the product would have been destroyed. This was my 3rd time to order from TJ OMahoney. The first time they were delivered by van and the 2nd time by the same truck but that had a forklift available. I emailed the company on the same day regarding it but I didn't get a response.
