Great service, material availability

Couldn’t get the product I was looking for anywhere, when I called to the store in Prosperous I explained what I was looking for. The guy I was dealing with was very patient, he told me he hadn’t the part in store, but ordered it for me. He then rang me a few days later to let me know it was available for collection in store.

If TJ O’Mahony are offering a coal service then it is not unreasonable to expect them to deliver in the same way as other coal merchants. All coal merchants drop the coal into coal bunkers. Instead they dumped the coal on a pallet in the middle of the driveway. I’m an elderly lady who cannot possibly lift these bags into my coal bunker. The driver was gruff and unhelpful. I can’t purchase from them again.

The thickness of the plywood board was stated to be 4 mm but it is only 2mm thick which is a bit flimsy for the intended use but may be OK for a while. Item purchased is 2440x1220x4mm PLYWOOD (code 08PLY04) at €15.95

Unfortunately, the order was delivered incompletely. i sent email next day about hammerite metal paint was missed... Patrick text me back "this is going to you from another branch, let me check this out and come back to you"... i was waiting couple days but nobady contact with me... i sent another email but any answer until now... they ignore me... so i cant give good rewiev to that company... bad experience :( updated: finally problem sorted... thanks

Tjs had what I needed,the customer service was amazing from order to delivery. Ordered 5 frosted prime doors. The staff were very polite from start to finish. Been there few times and online , even going today. I choose this place for the help customer service. These guys very profession at there job.
