This was a fantastic tour made especially special by our great guide Greg who really pulled out all the stops using his excellent knowledge of New Zealand his people skills ensured everyone on the tour had a brilliant time. Peter our driver was a font of knowledge in the history and flower and fauna making it come alive. The 2 of them were a great team. Nothing was too much trouble. The content of the tour was amazing every day a different adventure would have liked a stopover in Marlborough but overall thank you for a wonderful experience.

We've used Titan on numerous occasions and have always had great holidays with them. Have just booked Secrets of Southern Italy and Sicily by telephone for four of us. Serhad was very helpful and answered all my questions. As it's a very early flight he sorted out a hotel for the night before and arranged our transport. No hesitation in recommending Titan based on our previous experiences.

An actually good Airline. I was fortunate enough that one of my WizzAir flights was cancelled and due to some kind of contractual shenanigans Titan picked up the flight instead. They were fast, friendly, professional and polite. So the complete opposite of WizzAir. If only they'd had some refreshments on board I would give them 5 stars but when you can get me to my destination almost an hour ahead of schedule, I really can't complain.

good company to deal with

We had decided on a trip but had a couple of questions …..I emailed to ask them .The Customer Service Lady seemed helpful to start with but then seemed to have a “ take it or leave it “ attitude. I didn’t contact her again. I looked at several other companies who also run a similar tour . I received a phone call from Titan , another Customer Service gentleman ( James ) , he was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble , he seemed to genuinely care about my questions , spoke to the appropriate departments & solved everything I asked about . We booked the tour. Without the help of James we would have booked with another provider. He was a delight to deal with .

Booked via phone which was quite painless. There were 4 of us but Titan split the booking into two with a link to say we are together which was great and we were given the 10%discount without us having to ask for it.

The booking was very good and smooth and the Agent understood all my requirements. Should I have any queries after the initial booking I was provided contact details to the agent that took my booking. This is great as some companies pass you from one person to the next, the next agent is unaware of specifics. With Titan it is not the case.

Easier to book over the phone as wanted a solo holiday. Lisa was very helpful booking my future trip with Titan.

Titan staff are always polite and friendly. I had a problem recently which Titan resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. A caring company and well organised which is why I always come back to them. I have taken about 12 tours with Titan and will continue with this company throughout 2025.

Great tour selection and excellent customer service

As an overseas customer I could not complete a Titan Travel online booking as I did not have a UK postcode. I searched for contact us and found a phone number (+44 (0) 121 299 9809) that when dialled played a message "Phone has been discontinued". I therefore sent an email to the reservations email address on your website on 28 December. I received a reply on 9th January. In the meantime, after further searching, I found the Saga site and contacted a very helpful agent and completed the application by phone. Unfortunately, my wife's passport number had been entered incorrectly (as well as her salutation) so this required further contact. I found the whole booking procedure exhausting and could have been made easier by being able to book online. In addition, providing a correct contact phone number and a quicker answer to emails should be mandatory.

Frankie was awesome.. made me feel at ease .. even when I had problems with my debit card .. rang back at the arranged time … all sorted .. my holiday booked 😀

I needed to change my booking to a later date but the website was showing no availability for my preferred choice, so I called the helpline. James confirmed that a space was available and quickly and proficiently amended my booking. I received a confirmation email within minutes. It couldn't have been easier. Thank you, James.

Professional courteous manner of Annette whilst dealing with my enquiry. Listened to my request then explained how the process would work, next stage etc. Took the time to ask if I needed further information and checked my understanding. A refreshing change from other companies - Well Done & Thank you
