Waiting too long on the phone to speak to someone to make a new booking and then having trouble hearing and understanding them. Just wonder if some are working from home?

The process of selecting the holiday was enjoyable and informative and the booking process smooth and no problem.

Melanie the booking agent was very good . Lovely to deal with in all fronts . We have never visited Japan before but after our booking conversation we are looking forward to our holiday . Only thing that has let us down is the post as haven’t received written confirmation on a holiday booked a week ago .

This was a holiday we had wanted to do for a while. This was a holiday mixed between city and wildlife. Unfortunately, the weather was not always kind to us and there were some disappointments. Our tour manager Alven and our guide Melvin were very informative, funny and thoughtful. They took into account everyone's abilities and were very kind. They gave us a great holiday. The food on the trip was amazing and the hotels lovely. One of the lodges are described as basic and it is but there was hot water, hairdryer and kettle. It also had air conditioning. With regard to Titan, I found they were helpful in a couple of booking issues I had and sorted them to my satisfaction. There were a couple of things though where information would have been useful. When visiting the caves on the tour, a pair of rubber/surgical gloves would be useful due to the bat droppings on the hand rails. Also, some information on how to get from the international gates to domestic gates for the connection would have been helpful. Overall, we had a great holiday with amazing tour manager/guide, good food and hotels.

We have just returned from the Rajasthan tour with Bhanu and I would like to commend him on his knowledge, his organisational skills and the way he created us as a team. We have had great fun with him and he has been a brilliant ambassador for India and Titan. I would also like to congratulate our driver Jagga who had to have his wits about him at all times. The hotels we stayed in were all lovely but Khimsar Fort and Deorgh Palace were particularly special. The pace of the trip has been just right. We lived India and will definitely be back as the people are lovely, welcoming and hospitable. Nice job Bhanu and team…. Matt and Anna Brown

I have thoroughly enjoyed Titan holidays in the past, good value for money, and have just booked another. Booking is easy and quick on line, and confirmatory documentation was received by return.

So easy to book with all our questions answered immediately.Nothing was too much trouble

We have just returned from our Vietnamese Discovery tour with an extra 3 days in Cambodia. The holiday tour of Vietnam was a wonderful experience seeing so much of a beautiful extraordinary country. All hotels were of a very high standard with friendly helpful staff. Our tour guide Hua was absolutely first class he was exceptional in looking after his Titan family. He was passionate and knowledgeable about his country and kept us all entertained with his great sense of humour. Hua also kindly helped us with our trip to Cambodia where all travel and pickups went well with the help of our local guide Mr Sarak. The hotel in Seim Reep was first class with a wonderful swimming pool and a short ride by tuc tuck into the bustling town. All in all we had a wonderful experience. Every holiday needs a Hua and a Mr Sarak.

The guy I spike yo was very helpful and patient. Hope what I asked for would be fulfilled.

Always book our holidays with Titan especially big holidays as we know we won’t be disappointed. Love how once we have booked everything including transport to the airport or boat are taken care of by Titan. So nothing to worry about.

Having never used, or even heard of Titan Travel we have just booked a holiday of a lifetime Safari. Millie the sales agent was outstanding, gave me the confidence I was looking for and called back when she said she was. I inadvertently booked the wrong year!! I contacted Titan who arranged the amendment very quickly. The agent was polite, efficient and very informative. I could not have asked for any better service. If the holiday I booked is up to the same standard I cannot wait to go!
