Titan Travel is brilliant. They organise everything from the transport to the airport and back. The flights. The hotel. I don't have to worry about anything apart from a valid passport
We were planning to book a holiday to the USA in May and after looking at their website had a number of queries. We phoned and spoke to Michaela who was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our queries and provided several options for flight upgrades we hadn't even thought of. We proceeded to book the holiday with her and would definitely book again by phone.
Titan gives an honest and accurate description of what they will provide. And they do definitely provide more than other similar companies. With friendly and efficient staff, I felt completely confident that everything was taken care of and I could just relax and enjoy my holiday carefree.
I had trouble getting the website to accept the details of the second passenger and after trying three times I gave up and eventually rang Titan. Both Jasmine, who initially took my call until we were cut off and Linda who then took over when I called back. Linda was extremely helpful, efficient and a pleasure to talk with and who completed my booking very professionally. Now looking forward to our holiday in June.
Titan holidays have a wonderful choice of destinations and represent good value. Their staff both on tour and working through the booking process are excellent.
