Overall we enjoyed and would recommend the tour. The tour manager Karen was great; personable, knowledgeable, helpful and well-organised. The itinerary was good, we visited some nice places on our trips, like Murcia with its casino and Cartagena. Also, the first two hotels were located near pleasant town centres, with interesting sites and walks. The food and drink choices in all three hotels was generally very good. We did find the Aguilas hotel not as nice as the other two (which were excellent) and our room not to quite the same standard.

Essential Vietnam and Cambodia in Nov-December 2024 for my wife’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vietnam and Cambodia. Thank you for the good planning, coordination, choice of venues, flights and local transport (from initial pickup to return home) by Saga/Titan overall – another well-composed customer-friendly package. On tour we appreciated the local expertise and ‘service with a smile’ of our knowledgeable tour manager, local guides and drivers. As for the wonderful places we visited – Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Mekong delta, Siem Reap and of course the temples of Angkor – the treasured memories will stay with us. Along with memories of some great hotels, great food, and of kind, gentle, hospitable people…

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we rang to change a pre booked holiday with Saga to one via Titan. Sophie who took our call was amazing and went far above and beyond to assist us. She was helpful, friendly and efficient, a credit to the company and we look forward to our upcoming trip.

Excellent guide with great knowledge and information about areas and animals we saw. Our driver was amazing at finding the location of most of the animals we came here to see. In general a most excellent holiday experience

Everything has been brilliant from start to finish, what a fab experience. Can’t fault any of the accommodation, the staff were so helpful and friendly. A big thumbs up to our driver Clyde and guide Martin who looked after us brilliantly, kept us loaded with info and got us to see some amazing animals and sights. They both made the experience one we will never forget.

Just back from our Vietnam/Cambodia tour and what an amazing experience. Too many highlights to mention. Lap our tour guide manager was helpful,friendly and knowledgeable and having him every step of the way to make sure we got our flights on time, good seats at the farewell dinner/ show etc made the whole experience worthwhile.

Excellent tour with unforgettable wildlife encounters along the way. First Class Tour Manager who was knowledgeable and caring, with a local guide who constantly spotted and identified the many animals, birds and plants we saw. Hotels were good, the only downside was having to transit via USA with their unreasonable demands to go through immigration process and security checks whilst in transit. I would recommend this tour to anyone seeking a wildlife viewing holiday, in an unspoilt country. The final part of the tour included a cruise along the Panama Canal, staying in a very modern city, a different type of adventure but well worth it. A major plus provided by Titan is the transfer to and from Heathrow is included in the overall price. A major plus for anyone travelling from the north of England.
