Knowledgeable and efficient staff

Good to be collected from home. Nice clean and comfortable hotels. Brilliant tour manager Unfortunately visit to Granada did not include Alhambra, although in my opinion that is top of the list as a jewel of Spain. I was able to get there by arranging tickets and transport however. That lost the trip a star.

Karen was a great tour guide. Very efficient and professional but also very personable. We did the Jewels of Spain tour. It was very good except the Granada trip was only 1/2 day and did not include the Alhambra. That disappointed a lot of the group and needs to be included. The itinerary is a bit unbalanced as all the half day trips felt rushed to get back to the hotel for lunch. Full day trips with a packed lunch would be better. All the hotels were good quality.

This was an excellent holiday. The temples and tombs were absolutely amazing and the Nile is a beautiful river to cruise along. The accommodation in both hotel and boat was excellent and the staff in both were friendly and helpful. A busy holiday with early starts to beat the crowds. The trip was excellently organised by Ayman who chaperoned us throughout the holiday from arrival at the airport to departure from the boat. He was always smiling and his organisational skills meant that everything went seamlessly. The Egyptologist George was a delight and extremely knowledgeable. He pointed out something that was unique to each temple and tomb, which was much appreciated. Both men are a real asset to Titan. Titan itself did not meet the same standard however. Some Information was incorrect and customer services didn’t respond to queries. However, don’t let this stop you from booking this trip. It more than meets expectations. and helpful.

Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan this was a fabulous holiday. Made so by our Titan guide Ayman and Egyptologist George, he brought to life the paintings and carvings with his stories. We booked our holiday with Saga, but Titan were running it. We found extra excursions not listed by Saga and a lot of out of date information. The hotel in Luxor was excellent with views over the Nile. I could not describe this as a restful holiday far too much to see and do. One thing to know the ship is lovely with friendly staff and delicious food, but does not have a lift between decks. There are also quite a lot of steps to climb from river bank to the road on several stops. Would certainly recommend this holiday so much to see. We also arrived in Luxor on Christmas Eve 6th Jan so lots of decorations and Christmas carols, then being greeted with Happy New Year. This made for an even better experience.

This is the third tour that I have booked with TITAN (several with SAGA), I preferer to make the arrangements by phone, as the representatives are so helpful and cheerful, and they will arrange the extras that I desire to make the holiday memorable (Thank you Molly). They even provide an after service, to answer any questions on the tour that you may have.

The package is more or less exactly what we wanted for a holiday in Japan. But greatly disappointed that we couldn’t fly Japan Airlines

I rang direct because I prefer talking to a Titan Representative. She was totally proficient for which I was very grateful. I have travelled numerous times with Titan, always totally satisfied. Thankyou

Recently back from India and the whole experience was amazing our local rep Abi was excellent and went over and above everyday the experience in India as that was our first booking has made me book again knowing in full confidence that the service will be amazing

I had specific requests, required for medical reasons, and Michaela was extremely helpful, contacted the hotel and confirmed my request. Also, she arranged transfers to be included between Heathrow and Gatwick, to get round problems with flight times. She really went out of her way to be helpful, and I was extremely pleased with the booking experience.
