Will definitely use Titanmovers again. Recommend to family and friends. Quick and easy scheduling as well as pickup/drop off. Driver Yomay was excellent!
John was able to get me a refund when things didn’t work out for me.
I was working with John Wilson. He communicated well, was very prompt with getting me answers to my questions and trying to find the best solution for our situation. If ever, I am looking for their services again I would definitely reach out to John.
Titan Movers was easy to contact at all hours. The people on the phone were always helpful. It was worth the extra cost. The driver did not speak English well but answered English texts promptly and was clear about the pick-up time and place. The driver was also friendly and polite. We had a reservation for transport with another company but it was difficult contacting them. Titan Movers guaranteed a pick-up date with an extra fee. The car made it to the destination intact. I will use this company again if I ever need another transport.
Thomas brown was extremely nice and helpful, I’m very pleased and thankful with her service, the pick up was easy to organize, I have no complaints. Thank you very much Mary! I definitely recommend.
