Thornley Grove is rife with bigotry and discrimination; I had a very bad experience viewing properties with several staff members, some days they don’t even show up after booking you in for viewing. I find it unbelievable that some individuals still make decisions based solely on skin tone or ethnicity in this age. I have applied for several properties that I like after viewing them, but I never received a response from them informing me whether my application was accepted or denied. Such an extremely horrible customer experience. I don’t recommend this company. A -0 star rating👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Jonny attended our property to do a valuation and was absolutely brilliant. He was lovely and friendly whilst also being very professional and competent. Communication was excellent, I revieved a follow up email the same day confirming in writing what we had discussed. Would 100% recommend. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ashley was super friendly and helpful when going for viewings and very quickly approved our application! He also helped us get between viewings which would’ve been an issue if he hadn’t so we’re very grateful for that:) The only issue we had is that we’d booked a viewing for a place and they didn’t have the keys and couldn’t prioritise us on the waiting list to view it after Xmas.

Just wanted to say thank you to Clare Carpenter for looking after me during my recent sale. I'm a remote landlord (amateur!) and simply not familiar with the processes but Clare looked after me and kept my stress level down to zero. TG are great and Clare is a credit to the brand! Thanks x

I would mark zero if i can. I am landlord and have multiple properties manage by this useless company. They are fast in asking you to pay them for doing nothing. After payment is received nothing will happen for weeks end. They will tell you one thing a day and do one thing a day. Not more.

Where do I start!!! AVOID at all costs. I ended my tenancy after almost 5 years, Thornley groves didn’t even a knowledge that I had vacated the property and continued to email me to renew the lease even after I gave the keys back. I disputed the claims for “deep cleaning” with the TDS as claims for deep cleaning was not in my tenancy agreement, however TG agent Imogen Windsor had sent me a check out report stating mostly cleanliness was “good” when I disputed the claims for £319, she then provided them with a different version of the check out report stating all “poor”, baring in mind she is committing document fraud to claim my deposit!! Luckily all the documents are dated and signed by her as my proof, so she shot herself in the foot there!! Property ombudsman is informed and will be looking into this. DO NOT USE unless you want all your deposit stolen!!!! Shame on you!!!!

7 weeks from original Listing to Completion and cash arriving in the bank. I was very pleased. Excellent service from Clare Carpenter, Monton Branch Manager. Jobs needed to be done, prior to sale Completion - Clare managed to get everything done.

I rent through Thornley Groves and had an incident where u had locked myself out of the property with my 2 small children inside! After many failed attempts to teach my 3 year old how to open the baby gate or window I decided to call Thornley Groves and ask for assistance! And boy did they deliver. As I was on the phone Imogen Windsor was leaving the building to come and let me in! She was quick off the Marc and got me back in and reunited with my babies who were starting to become stressed! She let us in with a “don’t worry about it” attitude and made me feel better about my stupid mistake which, had she of not come to help me, would of resulted in me having to call the emergency services to break in to my home! Can’t thank the altrincham team and Imogen enough for all of their help!
