My property has been with Thornley Groves for several years. As an oversea landlord, there were some ups and downs with this agent. For some reason, my property was managed with someone not local, therefore the property report was not done properly, and maintenance issues seemed to be endless. However, when I demand the the property to be under Altrincham local team, the property manager Akash Aponsu was appointed. Since then, the communication starts to make sense and everything is handled in a prompt and professional manner. I would recommend the Altricham office to your needs.

She was so warm and friendly which meant I was able to ask all the questions I had been nervous to ask as a first time buyer house viewing is daunting but she made it a lovely experience. She was knowledgeable about the property and area and able to give lots of information which was invaluable.

I've used Thornley Groves as a lettings agent for a long time. Recently with Imogen Windsor engaged in a substantial refurbishment with a new kitchen, carpets, structural improvements and hunting a longstanding problem. Its not quite complete yet but it's looking good and the experience has been very positive. Great communication, responsive to issues as they came up, and achieved a good price for the scale of the work.
