This agency was great to deal with when it came to renting, signing documents and getting into the property. However, once moved in, it is a different experience.
We've raised issues via their reporting system for months, every time they close the jobs without actually fixing them or providing an explanation. Most recently, our whole intercom system has broken down, leaving us with the inability to open the front door via our intercom or via the entry code. They closed the issue within days, without any communication or updates, and of course, without fixing the intercom. Our gate is also faulty, it has been raised by multiple tenants, over the last few months, and of course, closed without being fixed. Due to this, one of the tenants bike was stolen from the car park, as it was easily accessible with a faulty gate.
No effective communication, or in fact, no communication at all. They give a sense of kindness when they get your money and get you into their properties, then show their true colours over the tenancy period.
