Had a viewing recently with Kelly McDermott in Salford. I must say about Kelly's hospitality during my viewing. I have had more than 25 viewing in the past few months and dealt with many agencies and their accompanied viewers. This one was one my best experience, Kelly was able to answer all my questions without any doubt and the good thing is that Kelly knows what she doing. Unresponsive agents. Had to live without heating for an entire year in an accommodation arranged by them. No help provided on fixing the heating, multiple issues with the property for which we complained without any response, but they charged us for fixing those issues when we moved out.

*poor, confusing and sporadic communication* Unfortunately after a year of Thornley Groves I do not want to rent from them again. I give one star because I believe their service has been of minimal standard. My issues are: 1. Poor and confusing communication from too many staff members -it is very hard to get in touch, especially with the right person. 2. A lack of will to sort out problems , - all issues must be reported via a system and not in person, it then is often ignored unless pressed. (This happened 3 times in a year) 3. Stressful messages sent with no warning, -if there is outstanding rent from one person the estate agents threaten court to all tenants without prior or direct contact 4. A confusing system, -thornely groves has 2 bank accounts and neglected to tell us they changed meaning that, once again they skipped to sending stressful messages instead of sending a polite notification informing us clearly if this change. A simple problem which should have been avoided. All of these things indicate a need for better communication and access to information.

We viewed a property in Monton with Kelly from Thornley Groves Estate Agency. It was a pleasant, stress free experience where Kelly was very friendly and natural but extremely professional. She was very accommodating, answering all our questions and giving us time to assimilate the details of the property inside and outside. Highly recommend!

Attended a property viewing for a home on sale in Eccles. The estate agent, Kelly was at the property when I arrived.
